The first reason for this is that my post is in the number one spot when you search "Mauricia Grant" on Google. (...yay.) The second reason is that NASCAR and Ms. Grant recently settled the lawsuit out-of-court.
I'm gonna take a step back for a moment.
I've held several jobs in the service industry: fast food worker, Wal-Mart cashier (shudder), hotel desk clerk. And now I work in juvenile justice. Let me tell you: When you think you've seen it all, something new is added. That is especially true when you have a blog and are cleaning out the moderation queue.

I totaly agree with the amount of the suit is redicilious. She wouldn't have made a million dollars with her job but its worth a quarter of a billion! Come on, lets be real. Give me $250,000 and you can call me what ever you want and I will look at penises everyday for the rest of my life.

This lawsuit is bullshit. Every stupid lawsuit like this makes us pay more for services. I was physically attacked by 5 black guys while I was at school. Black eye and everything. The names that I were called were unsettling. Guess I should have sued the school for $500 million. I mean I atleast had physical damage as well as mental! No way, I just don't put myself in situations like that again. I wouldn't sue becuase the people that attacked me were at fault not the school. Just like the people who called her names were at fault not NASCAR. Thats right, only Nascar has enough money for her greed! If you are afraid of getting burned then don't play with fire.
